This Restaurant Owner Needed a Better System—Here’s What We Fixed
Amalia wanted more control and better flow—here’s how we delivered it.
🎉 Website of the Week: Tierra del Sol in Portland, OR 🎉

Amalia, owner of Tierra del Sol in Portland, wanted more control over her website—and a smoother system to run her restaurant. We moved her to Squarespace for better design, SEO, and flexibility.
Here were the 3 big wins:
1. Upgraded to Square for Restaurants
Simplified her front-of-house and back-end flow—huge improvement over the regular Square POS.
2. Synced Online Ordering
Her Online Ordering now connects directly to Square, so menu and price updates sync automatically with her Point-of-Sale.
3. Custom Catering Order Form with JotForm
Smart, conditional form fields save her time and keep customer info organized.

This Week’s Question: How Do I Control the Image That Shows Up When I Share My Link?
You know that image that pops up when you drop your website link into a group chat or post it on Facebook? That’s called your social share image—and yes, you can control what shows up.
If you’re using Square Online, it’s pretty simple:
Go to Website → then SEO → scroll to the Social Media section → and upload your image where it says “Social share image.”
This is a great spot to add an image that tells people who you/ what you do before they even click.
I made a quick video tutorial that walks you through it step-by-step:
So tell me, what's the one thing you find most frustrating or confusing about Square Online?
